Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team across departments. You will oversee perishable and non-perishable areas, ensure safety and quality, manage inventory, and act in the Store Manager's absence.

You will develop leaders, coach staff, and maintain high standards of customer service, while enforcing company policies and labor targets.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred degree in business-related field.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; able to manage diverse teams and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values and leading the leadership team.
• Develop leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee a team of ~10 including Department Managers and Receivers and manage inventory, labor, and expenses.
