Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fountain Hills, AZ. You will direct all store processes, lead a ~10 person team of Department Managers and Receivers, and drive sales while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Expect hands-on leadership across perishable and non-perishable areas and a focus on training, inventory, and compliance. You will foster a positive culture, develop leaders, and communicate policy changes, while maintaining strong community relations

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail leadership experience with P&L ownership and safety compliance.
• Capable of managing both perishable and non-perishable departments with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Positively shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead a team of ~10 Department Managers and Receivers with respect and integrity.
• Oversee inventory, labor and expenses to meet sales targets.
