Job summary

ThirdLove is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Lenox Square boutique in Atlanta. The role leads a dynamic team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals while supporting store operations and initiatives.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, recruit and onboard talent, manage inventory and visual presentation, and use tools like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort with ladder use and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop and execute sales and engagement strategies.
• Support recruiting efforts to attract top talent for Sales Associate roles.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and customer support operations.
