Job summary

ThirdLove is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Valley Fair boutique. You will lead a dynamic team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with HQ on store initiatives, while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of direct management, 3+ years in retail, and a hands-on approach to daily store operations, scheduling, and events. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support recruiting and onboarding for Sales Associates.
• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer support operations.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Leverage Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and payroll to meet business needs.
