Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Chicago Ridge Mall location. You will immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and product, supporting the Store Manager and leading a high-performing team on the sales floor.

You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching staff to achieve KPIs, and building lasting relationships with shoppers while maintaining on-brand merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Master of time management; able to prioritize and delegate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and support the Store Manager.
• Spend quality time with customers and drive sales alongside the team.
• Coach and inspire sales associates to meet KPI goals.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and customer care.
• Recruit and bring in strong talent for seasonal and core roles.
• Uphold merchandising standards and ensure smooth store operations.
