Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role‑model a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expenses, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
