Job summary

Qualifications include strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work at least two days for opening/closing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow including receiving, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Ensure store financial integrity with cash control and refunds/overrides.
