Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience; six months supervisory preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling abilities.

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, stocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control losses.
• Assist with planograms and cash control procedures.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
