Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive store operations and guest experiences in our Colorado location. You will lead hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development programs.
