Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work a schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide 3+ weeks of leadership training and hands-on paid training to prepare for success.
• Support and implement store policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient operations.
