Qualifications

• 3 years progressively responsible retail leadership experience.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates.
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store targets and brand standards.
• Lead hiring, training and retention of store staff.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, and inventory procedures.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to LSCo policies and visual merchandising guidelines.
