Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences across service, sales, merchandising and store operations. You will develop strategies to hit sales targets, recruit and develop a strong team, and ensure operational excellence while upholding brand heritage and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Has 3+ years of store management experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Develop strategies to hit targets and maximize profits; grow sales and lead the team to success.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop and motivate the team to deliver results.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive environment and focus on customer satisfaction.
