Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with Store Manager to ensure safe, productive environment.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff; lead by example.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and loss prevention strategies.
• Help control payroll budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation and ethics.
• Resolve operational or technical issues quickly and effectively.
