Lead recruitment and training, set policies, and mentor your team to excellence, ensuring safety and strong operational integrity across the department.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with understanding of retail marketing and sales principles.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage direct reports and develop the team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate butcher equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: plan department objectives to maximize appeal, sales and profitability.
• Financial & Performance Oversight: monitor budgets and performance data to hit goals.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, supervise staff and set policies.
• Merchandising & Vendor Relations: manage vendor relations and pricing/promotions.
• Operational Integrity: ensure efficient operation and safety compliance.
• Expert Oversight: maintain food safety, quality control, and cleanliness.
