Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in West Bend, WI to lead daily store operations and coach team members toward exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute projects, supervise shifts, and ensure safety and organization across the store.

You will build high-performing teams, drive results, and help grow the business while advancing your leadership skills in a collaborative, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
