Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single store in Edmond, OK. You will help hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single Panda Express location and help achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to support store performance.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
