Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Edmond, OK. You will hire, train, and supervise team members while driving guest satisfaction and store financials.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing development to advance into higher management roles. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of staff to drive store success.
