Job summary

Victra is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales-driven team in a Verizon authorized retail store. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while owning daily sales and operational tasks to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive performance, manage staffing, and execute merchandising standards, with a focus on achieving store targets and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions to bring in top talent and develop the team
• Providing training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Lead store operations and daily tasks when the General Manager is away
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and drive target performance
• Coach team members on selling skills and customer interactions
