Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, hire and direct associates, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, directing and development of associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Support execution of company policies and standards to ensure standard of service and food safety.
• Participate in, and complete, leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
