Panda Express is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and lead a team toward exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program, receive mentorship from our Panda community, and have clear opportunities for advancement into management positions within Panda Restaurant Group. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or required for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in multi-week Store Leadership Training program.
• Support a positive, fast-paced dining environment.
