Panda Express in Happy Valley, OR, led by Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a busy Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and motivate team members to reach financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A multi‑week leadership training program supports your growth and success. The role requires flexibility for shift openings/closings, and candidates should be able to relocate within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and drive store results.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to meet goals and guest‑experience standards.
• Support leadership training and development for team members.
