Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in Corvallis, OR. You will oversee hiring, coaching and directing team members to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Selected candidates will complete a multi-week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management roles. A comprehensive benefits package and career development support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare you for success with 3 or more weeks of store leadership training.
• Support store management in daily operations and guest satisfaction.
