Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store, including hiring and directing associates to hit financial and guest-service goals. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and training, including a 3+ week store leadership training program.
