Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the San Antonio store at 15900 La Cantera Parkway. You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, drive sales and loyalty programs, and ensure adherence to Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines. On-site role with evening/weekend availability.
