Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in Thornton Township, IL. You will hire and direct associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified/Food Safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
