Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and providing training.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory levels by controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and ensure proper presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
