Paper Source, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in Ardmore, PA. You will lead store teams, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive sales while maintaining visual standards and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Store Manager to schedule staff, coach employees, and uphold brand standards across the store. This role emphasizes strong leadership, team development, and hands-on collaboration with Sales Leads and Customer Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent, friendly and informed service to customers.
Drive top line sales by leveraging campaigns and services, including new item launches and promotions.
Support scheduling and staffing to maintain store operations and budget alignment.
Provide performance feedback, coaching and development for Sales Leads and Associates.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and a neat, inviting store presentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, asset protection and store procedures.
