Walmart in Marietta, GA is seeking a store leader to teach, train, and listen to associates while aligning store operations with company goals and community initiatives.

You will guide teams, ensure customer service excellence using the OBW model, and drive financial results through budgeting, inventory, and merchandising strategies. Leadership experience and afocus on belonging are valued.

Formación

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Model exceptional customer service and apply the One Best Way service model.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
