Job summary

Qualifications

• Firearms CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for firearms-selling facilities.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting expectations; recognizing performance; promoting belonging.
• Lead store operations, communicate objectives, and drive customer service initiatives.
• Promote integrity and adherence to Walmart values while delivering results and managing expenses to meet financial goals.
