• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend required trainings and assessments.

• Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Hire, train, and mentor associates and promote an inclusive workplace.
