Job summary

You’ll drive store performance through budgeting, inventory flow, and merchandising, ensuring compliance with policies and driving a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy/Open Door).
