Walmart in Goshen, IN seeks a store leader to develop high‑performing teams and drive store operations. You will coach associates, manage budgets, and oversee merchandising and shrink reduction while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes accountability, integrity, and collaboration across levels, with attention to training, hiring, and employee development in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door, etc.).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Promote a culture of belonging and align staffing to growth plans.
