Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, scheduling, backroom, front-line, and loss prevention tasks; recruiting and mentoring Associates; and implementing plans to meet sales and expense targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on reducing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for both Associates and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; input on succession planning for future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and program improvements.
