Job summary

Walmart Somerset, PA is looking for a Store Manager to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee hourly associates, implement store initiatives, and uphold Walmart standards while modeling the One Best Way in daily operations.

In this role, you will manage budgets, inventory, merchandising, and shrink reduction, using data to forecast and implement action plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college or 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm outlets, background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and active listening to associates.
• Tour stores, provide feedback, and communicate company direction and goals.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, set clear expectations, and promote a sense of belonging.
