Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor team members.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle operational tasks like cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
