Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-driven leader at our Hudson, NH location. You will oversee store operations, drive sales, and develop teams through training and feedback while upholding customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory control, and applying OBW processes to improve efficiency and the customer experience. A strong emphasis is placed on mentoring associates and fostering belonging.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a BS in Business Management and Leadership and prior direct reports management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Ensures customer service standards and applies the One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Hire, train, mentor associates and promote a culture of belonging.
