Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training, feedback, and coaching to improve performance.
• Drive store profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolution of customer issues using the OBW service model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store standards to optimize sales and shrink control.
