Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates.
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and resolves customer issues to ensure a high quality experience.
