Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and move product, cartons, fixtures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Ensures team compliance with Company policies and store procedures.
