Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store teams by hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales goals are met.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
