Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic store leaders to guide our teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences at our Grandville locations. As a member of Management, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and mentor staff to achieve excellence while upholding brand standards.

You will balance leadership with hands-on involvement in merchandising, training, and community engagement to foster growth and exceptional performance across the store team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with focus on memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

• Lead and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
