Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for its craftsmanship and inclusive spirit. We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead on the sales floor, embody Coach values, and drive brand awareness while supporting store operations and customer experience.

You will analyze sales, mentor the team, and implement initiatives to reach KPIs. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a positive, collaborative mindset in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds) and occasionally lift heavier.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed.
