Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Director and help manage all store areas in Omaha, NE. You will ensure departments are staffed, trained, and operating efficiently while monitoring purchasing, payroll, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience in retail grocery with increasing responsibilities.
• One year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably retail.
• Proficient computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
• Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
• Interpret and analyze financials, develop and manage budgets.
• Delegate, direct, and implement tasks.
• Suggestive selling and knowledge of products.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities
