Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Roseburg, OR. You will hire, supervise and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will also participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.

We value flexibility, dependability and a commitment to guest service. A Serve Safe certificate and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Support daily store operations and drive team performance.
