Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store with focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will hire, train, and direct associates while driving results under the guidance of leadership.

You’ll participate in a three+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement as you develop management skills within Panda Restaurant Group. This role includes full‑time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support growth into management positions and contribute to a positive guest experience.
