Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Fredericksburg, VA. We provide paid leadership training, mentorship, and support through our Panda community to help you succeed.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll assist in running a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards. A 3+ week training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for success.
