Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will be involved in a comprehensive leadership training program and responsible for staffing, performance, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred for Food Safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training program (3+ weeks).
• Support scheduling, guest experience delivery, and store performance.
