Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training, and directing of team members to drive store success.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for the role.
