Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, supporting day-to-day management.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and onboarding through Panda's leadership program.
• Contribute to maintaining Panda Express standards and guest experience.
