Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
• Support ongoing leadership development and cross-training initiatives.
